Handmade music with acoustic instruments: xylophone – drums – glockenspiel – zither – percussions.
„Wooden Perspectives“ is my current musical project. As an experienced drummer and composer of production music, I took a new path and used acoustic instruments almost exclusively. The result is music with a strong human character – everything was played by hand. The intended use of these tracks is documentary, film music, trailers and underscore. Powerful drums meet delicate glockenspiel – rhythmic xylophone patterns are accompanied by the sounds of chord zithers. All sorts of percussion from Orff’s accessories box are used. Recorded with high-quality equipment in good sounding locations. Some synths for basses and effects as well as electric guitar for spherical feedback sounds support the acoustic instruments.
